What is the scriptural basis for the idea that the proces of KC and not the guru transforms us?

From Vaishnava Charan Pr

1. The balanced approach theory which you have suggested, can it be supported by any quotation and/or instruction by Srila Prabhupada or any other bonafide Acarya from our parampara of Gaudiya Vaishnavas?

2. How can we understand that KC process is ultimately what is going to transform me and not Guru?

In the great song by our acarya Srila Vishvanath Chakravarti Thakur, which we chant every morning: it is clearly said

Yasya prasadat bhagavat prasado, yasya prasadat na gatih kutp api

“By mercy of spiritual master i get the mercy of Krishna and without mercy of Guru (i.e bonafide), i can never get mercy of Krishna.”

    Dear Chaitanya Charan Prabhu

    Please accept my humble obiesances

All glories to Srila Prabhupada and his sincere disciples

Prabhuji, i want to thank you from the core of my heart for answering this question and explaining it so nicely, In my own practice of Krishna Consciousness, which took me to different cities and ISKCON centres, i learnt so much from different devotees and disciples of different Gurus within the ISKCON family, and i considered all of them as my Guru within my heart since they all helped and taught me so many things in my practice of Krishna Consciousness. I used to get disturbed when i used to meet some fanatic disciple of a Guru and i was struggling with this question since many years and your clear cut answer has lightened me so much.
Thanking you once again for taking up this question and answering it so nicely, now i can practice my Krishna Consciousness with more confidence regarding the above subject matter….

    your aspiring servant

    Hare Krishna Prabhuji ,

What Shadbhuj Gaur Das Prabhu said is very true , a great thanks from me too ,
We have to work as family to promote the glories of Krsna all over the world .

Parampara becomes respected by its Aacharan and in our Parampara we have unlimited number of Krsna concious souls who are unmatched and uncomparable examples . But the words ” unmatched and uncomparable ” is not used to overhighlight or underestimate other servents of Krsna , but to remember that process of Krsna Conciousness can be understood when we becomes servent’s of the servent’s ,Prabhupada said Vaisnava is very compassionate toward smallest living being , what to talk of other things .

Hence “My Guru is Hero and Your Guru is Zero” and other sort of discriminating things are not Aacharan of a Vaisnava , its Aacharan of demon speaking inside us , but a real Vaisnava is one who see’s lord in every heart seated as Param-atma . And see his guru and other guru’s equall and as mercy of Krsna on in-numerable fallen souls like you and me .

Hence a true Vaisnava can never think ill , Vaisnava’s are always eager to drink the nectar of Krsna forever from any Vaisnava , they are pure at heart hence they are not egoistic ,envious and jealous .
