Indeed Very nice explanation. In the context above it would do well to reflect on the concept of Daivi Varnasrama system propounded by our predecessor acaryas especially Bhakti Siddhanta SaraswatiThakur. This system seems to circumvent the negativeness of varna social outlook problem which could crop up from the orthodox Varnasharam system, by ordaining that every devotee be considered a vaishnava irrespective of his work attributed social status. In this system a vaishnava who is the part of the spiritual community would be externally engaging in activities as per the requirement of the community. So today the same person may be called upon to do the work of a Brahmana and if need be when the time is appropriate he might have to the job of a laborer or a manager.
