Do the ekatvena worshipers of Gita 9.15 refer to 9.11-12 or 12.3-6?

In your Bhakti Shastri lecture you mention that the ekatvena will be discussed in Chapter 12. I had actually reached the same conclusion. However, I was uncertain about it because of Srila Prabhupada writes: “This verse is the summary of the previous verses. “
