Has ISKCON replaced the scriptural worship of Ganesh in Hindu temples with the unscriptural worship of Prabhupada in its temples?

    Key points:

1- Worship of Lord Ganesh and worship of Guru are different – one does not replace the other.

2- Lord Ganesh is worshiped at the beginning of all activities because he is the remover of all obstacles – that is department.

3- Worship of Guru is not unprecedented on new, it is very much traditional. Scriptures emphasize that Guru is as good as God. So, if we worship God why not the Guru?

4- Lord Ganesh is not worshiped in ISKCON temples because Krishna does not recommend it in Bhagavad-gita.
