Even the scientist who discover the various invisible particles ,have made lots of efforts and brainstorm research to come to the inference ,that something like Higgs boson particle exists . the farmer would not have been able to discover neutrino or god particle . but scientist did .why ? due to their diligent effort and intelligence . Similarly ,if we need to see god ,or atleast want to experience the bliss in devotional service to lord ,then we also need to consistently ,making a resolute determination endeavor for practicing devotional service sincerely . thus nothing comes cheap ,and Krishna ,never . so if we want to see god ,then like scientist make an scientific effort to understand various material principles ,we as devotees should also make a scientific effort to understand the spiritual principles of reality .so both the ways ,whether for materialist or spiritualist , diligent practice is required to achieve perfection . so, the criteria for understanding and seeing Krishna is to surrender wholeheartedly with all our senses to Krishna . Like our Phd degree never comes cheap ,for that , criteria to succeed ,is to study consistently ,similarly god , never comes cheap , and to see him ,criteria is to follows his orders as given in gita and various other scriptures . otherwise if one without having any qualification complains to others ,where is god? show me god ? have you seen god? then it is similar to trying to get the Phd degree without any qualification .Thus krishna says in bhagavad gita 7.25

“I am never manifest to the foolish and unintelligent. For them I am covered by My internal potency, and therefore they do not know that I am unborn and infallible.”
