What is the difference between freedom from material modes and freedom from reactions of fruitive activities?

"[Śrīmad Bhāgavatam 1.6.28 purport] This transcendental body is free from material affinity and invested with three primary transcendental qualities, namely eternity, freedom from material modes, and freedom from reactions of fruitive activities."

When we get freedom from material modes, will we not get freedom from reactions of fruitive activities?

Transcendental body has above 3 primary qualities and Spiritual body is Sat-cit-ānanda. Is there any difference btw transcendental body & spiritual body?
