Is time material or spiritual? Does it exist in the spiritual world? What is its role in creation?

From Chaitanya Phoolla Pr:

Matter (including space), living entities, time etc. are all energies of the lord existing eternally in some form. Is this true?

> Is time a material or a spiritual element? Krishna says that he is time, at the same time, we hear that there is no time in spiritual world. How to reconcile these perspectives?

> The creation is set into motion by injection of spiritual energy (living entities) by the glance of the lord and himself expanding as paramatma into every atom of all universes. Where does time come into picture?

> Time clearly actuates material creation (apart from living entities via paramatma), but what about spiritual creation – Does time exist there (because seasonal variations etc. are described in Krishna’s pastimes) but act only on selective elements?
