Why does Krishna accept a bluish complexion when blue is considered to be in the mode of passion?

My dear Lord always comes in the “Mode of Goodness”,blends himself with Material contamination to be called Shiva,does nothing ephemeral,Why does he choose his colour to be blackish blue where black represents inauspiciousness and blue is the colour of passion.
