Are our problems caused by our past karma or arranged by Krishna?

So if problems that are caused by others are they sanctioned by Krishna also? yes nothing happens without Krishna’s sanction if somebody is insulting me that person is insulting me because Krishna is allowing that person to insult me now Krishna is not causing that Krishna is allowing that the difference between the two that just like rains are the cause of the growth of all vegetation but specific vegetation that grows in some places grains may grow in some places weeds may grow now where what is growing that is not determined by the rains that is determined by what kind of seeds were there so whatever whoever does without Krishna’s sanction it won’t happen so Krishna’s sanction is like the rain falling but people’s specific actions are dependent on their own desire their own consciousness their own motivations so some people act kindly some people act cruelly and that is like grains growing or weeds growing so without Krishna’s sanction nothing will happen but that does not mean that whatever is happening that is what Krishna wants to happen sometimes Krishna allows certain things to happen because they can serve some ultimate purpose but it is not that when bad things are happening Krishna wants those bad things to happen Krishna is not the cause of the world’s suffering Krishna is the cure for the world’s suffering by taking shelter of Krishna we can become free from the sufferings whatever are there in this world but we understand that the problems of life are doesn’t mean that Krishna is not in control Krishna is in control but because this person has some malafide motivation because I have done some bad karma because of which I am going to get some reaction that is why Krishna is allowing this so when somebody speaks harshly with me that is like I had sown some bad seeds in the past bad seeds of karma and those bad karmic seeds are manifesting through this person does that answer your question? yes please
