My Guru Maharaj told me that I should propagate in 5-4 countries.
I actually travelled since 2014. But since then, I was looking at one of the genres. How the Bible is being presented to the world through leadership.
Then in 2013-14, I started studying the Gita. Of course, I was always studying the Gita. But what principles were told for leadership in the Gita? So, in one sense, I have been preparing the Gita for 12 years.
In 2012-13, I started preparing the Gita. I used to give different ideas in different lectures. Then in 2024, HarperCollins approached me and they wanted to do a book.
I was thinking about how to present the Gita to readers. I didn’t want it to be a very serious, complicated philosophical read. The Gita is an original conversation.
So, I told this book in the form of a conversation. There are two CEOs of the company. One is the senior.
He is an expert in the Gita also. The junior is inquisitive. So, both of them have gone to a retreat centre.
And they are talking in different places. And about leadership, the issues that the leaders face, I have told them how to address it in the wisdom of the Gita. As you can see, this is very important because there are many people who want to speak on Bhagavad Gita.
Like Mahatma Gandhi, he would carry Bhagavad Gita, but he would never open Bhagavad Gita. And our Shri Prabhupadaji would always wait. We had joined the movement of Mahatma Gandhi as a freedom fighter.
In the hope that one day the Gita would open. He would give lectures but the Gita would never open. But the Gita has opened today because of the devotees of the Lord.
So, the Gita has opened and we get so many meaningful and connecting topics and explanations. Wow! In fact, I was in one of the universities and the Gita was not understood there. And we had come with big PhDs on Bhagavad Gita.
We thought that we would get to hear so many explanations here. There were so many explanations in it that we were stunned. What is happening? These people are PhDs.
So, they gave us a new form of PhD. Permanent head damage. I thought that their work is done.
Then later on, one very simple guy came. He was doing his graduation there. And then he came and he also gave his verdict.
And that was very logical and sensible. And then we asked him, This was yours. These big PhDs came.
But these are just sketches. How was your version so connecting? And then he said, He regularly reads your 365 Reflections on the Gita. I said, Chaitanya Chaitanya Prabhuji has read it.
Even then I said, How can anyone give such a sensible and logical verdict? So, I will not take the name of the university. Otherwise, there will be controversy. How can someone’s PhD be so duffer? But as long as we think authentically, Really, we don’t have any clue.
What is actually given in the Bhagavad Gita? What the content is all about? And usually, I have seen the image of the Gita. That it is a religious book. This is a religious book.
Where will you get this CEO concept? Where will this management concept be? But actually, it is not like that. When you read the book, You will actually see the sutras that Prabhuji has taken. How they are so much in connection with the person.
Especially, when we do the managerial role. And the course that is going on in IIM Ahmedabad, On the Bhagavad Gita. There, the Bhagavad Gita of Shri Prabhupada Ji, As it is, It is on everyone’s desk as a textbook.
And the professor there, He himself teaches from the Bhagavad Gita. Okay, now let’s open this verse. Let’s open that verse.
So, I go there to tell something. He said to me, Just establish that God exists. And Krishna is God.
I will ask the rest of the questions later. Because, as it is, This thing is called God. So, then we have to accept it.
So, sometimes, People come in such circles, But they are not really very, You know, God abiding, Or even God believing. They don’t have faith. So, once I was giving a class.
So, I asked, Okay, who believes in the existence of God? So, no one raised their hand. I said, Is my English okay or not? I said, Okay, I will ask the second question. I said, Okay, who does not believe? So, 80% people raised their hands.
I said, Does God really exist? And 80% people, Atheist? I said, There must be a lot of chaos here. I said, Okay, 20% people raised their hands. Neither did you raise your hand in this, Nor did you raise your hand in that.
They said, We are agnostics. We are least bothered whether God exists or not. But, in such a place, Once we establish that God is there, And then, Such courses are being taught.
And for this, In fact, In IIM, For this course, First come, first serve basis, On the very first day, All the seats are full. I mean, If you are late, Then you are gone. I mean, There is so much demand for this course.
So, Certainly, For these students, Or for other students in this genre, This book would be very, very helpful. The other books on Gita, Are helpful. But, Specifically, I have seen, In fact, There is another book on leadership, Which is on Bhagavad Gita.
Yes, Leadership Sutras. Yes, Leadership Sutras, From the Bhagavad Gita. Yes, True.
Bhagavad Gita as it is, Now, These books are also coming up, Which students can refer to. So, Probably, For you, A couple of points, Actually, The thing is, When I was writing the book, So, What is Gita? In a way, If someone wants to write, If someone wants to speak, It is an intellectual free-for-all. Yes, Whatever you want to do about Gita, Do it.
Oh, Yes. So, A couple of books before this, Were written on Gita and leadership. But, I saw that, In that, Leadership is very little, Gita is very little, And the rest, Mostly, Are the thoughts of the author.
So, This challenge was, How do you, We call Gita, One circle, And we call leadership, The other circle. So, Does it have an authentic, Intersection? Or, Do we have to do it, With our own thoughts? So, I thought, Later, When I understood, It was so obvious, I saw it so clearly, That, Krishna and Arjun, Are both leaders, Both are kings, And, Not only are they kings, The other thing is, That, The issue of a leader, Is being discussed. When there is going to be a war, Do we want to fight it or not? The leader, Has a lot of responsibilities, But, The biggest responsibility is, Decision making.
So, Now, What is Gita? It is on decision making. There is a war going on, In Ukraine and Russia. Yes.
There is a war going on, In Israel and Hamas. So, Now, How to stop it, Is up to the leaders. So, Do we want to fight it or not? It is a decision with huge stakes.
And, The third thing is, The approach they take. So, What is the approach? It is not just a political approach, Like, You agree to this, We agree to that, We will settle it. It is a principle based approach.
So, That is why, The guidance of Gita, Is not only for those, Who are interested in the history, So, How to take decisions, And, For that, What should we think, How should we think, This is told in Gita. Yes. So, That is why, All the three things, The people who are discussing it, The subject that is being discussed, And, The mode in which it is being discussed.
So, Because of these three things, Gita is being discussed. Eminently, A book on leadership. Yes.
But, The shlokas, They are very, Hard core, They are spiritual. But, Deriving from them, That knowledge, Which becomes very relevant. For this, You need wisdom.
I have seen, In fact, In your Gita Devi website, The titles that you give, To the articles, They are like quotes. In the middle, I had a devotee friend, He used to take yours, He used to copy paste it, And, In the quote, His name used to be written, On the bottom. In this, He used to copy paste, On his website, GitaDevi.com. He used to say, These are your thoughts.
He used to say, Sometimes, While sitting idle, He used to come to me, And, I used to say, Son, Come here. He used to say, You also copy paste, GitaDevi.com. He used to say, I don’t want to tell anyone. But, Actually, I was seeing, Like, Especially, The verses on mind, In those, You have derived, So much knowledge, From so many different angles.
That’s really awesome, Actually. So, It’s a great blessing, And, Certainly, At your end, A lot of contemplation, From different angles, That you do. Like, A diamond, If you see a diamond, Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, What all colours come out, From one diamond, I see, In every verse, In Bhagavad Gita, There are so many different Angles of knowledge.
And, What you bring out, It really makes a difference, I have seen. So, After this, Like you said, People, If they want to write their book, They will put a shloka in it, And say, Look, This is based on Gita, But, In that, It is based on, John Maxwell’s, 21 Irrefutable, Sutras of Leadership, If you take something from that, And then, From here to there, But, If there is a shloka on top, Then, It feels, Wow! But, You genuinely, You know, You take it out from, The Bhagavad Gita. Like, Bhagavad Gita can give you, Deep spiritual knowledge, At the same time, Day to day life, Practical knowledge, Can also come from, Bhagavad Gita, Why not? So, Once in fact, I was, Talking to one person, He said, So, What practical knowledge, Do you have in Gita? I said, Are you talking about food? He said, Do you have food in Gita? I said, Seventy chapters, Eight, Nine, Ten, How to eat Satvik food, How to eat Rajasik food, How to eat Tamasik food, Even at that level, Bhagavad Gita, Talks about, How to eat more, How to eat less, How to sleep more, How to sleep less, Such a person, Can’t become a Yogi, Or can’t become successful, And this is, So many practical, Why are you talking about, Eating and sleeping? So, From that level, To spiritual emancipation, Deep realisation, Bhagavad Gita talks about that, So, It’s not like, It’s being imposed, It’s not like that at all, So, Probably, If someone, Wants to convince someone, Usually people have, They have read Bhagavad Gita, But in this, For a CEO, For a manager, There can be some, Actionables, There can be some, Take home points, So, If you want to convince, A relative, Or a friend, So, How should we actually start, Because usually, We struggle with this, That if we tell, How can we tell? People say, Read Bhagavad Gita, We don’t want to read it, So, We start from X, Y, Z, But we should start from A, B, C, So, How can we do that? Yes, It is, I am learning a little slowly, Recently, Sri Vaishnavacharya’s, Pariprashnena Seva, This is a verse from Gita, I was reading his comment, Ramacharya is saying, That, The Pari, Like, Parivar, With whom we live, Parikrama, Means, We go round, So, Pariprashnena means, Ask such questions, That look at it from all directions, Look at it from 360 degrees, Yes, Yes, So, If we take a shloka from Gita, So, For me, The verses of Gita are like, Friends, Wow, I have a friend, And, How is it, That same friend, Sometimes we meet at home, Sometimes we meet at office, Sometimes we meet on tour, So, We get to know different aspects of it, Yes, So, What I do, Sometimes, Just, Take up, Wherever I am, And, I am sitting, I am sitting at the airport, So, I think, Now, To describe this situation, To connect, Which verse of Gita, I can use, So, I am a born speculator, Wow, So, Whatever the situation is, Whatever the issue is, Whatever I am thinking, How can you connect, The Gita with that? So, Sometimes the connections, They make sense, Sometimes they don’t make sense, But, When they make sense, It clicks, Hmm, So, When I do journaling, So, My, My favourite section is, How did the Bhagavad Gita, Come alive for me today? Hmm, In today’s day, Which shloka, I have experienced, Wow, Whom I am talking to, So, Oh, So, When you write that, The one that, I have been doing for a very long time, So, Basically from that, Bhagavan Gita, Bhagavad Gita is definitely there, But it is a little bit Endeavour for me.
So then, Which I, I talk to different leaders, After lectures, Or, I see what issues the leaders have. From that, I started considering it. Hmm, In Gita, It has certainly actionable principles, As you said during eating, Hmm, That the mind, The mind is such, An important thing for us, And what is very important for leaders is that thousands of people’s minds are going to be influenced by their minds.
Because of what they are going to do. So, the Gita is a goldmine of wisdom. And we have to see it from different perspectives.
So, one perspective is that we see it from a philosophical, devotional perspective. That’s important. But, in this, I use an acronym called LEAD.
It is related to leadership. But, you can approach the Gita at a literal level. Okay, this incident happened, we had a conversation about this incident.
Approach it at an ethical level. Ethical level is about decision making. What happened? Why did he think like this? Then there is allegorical level.
Allegorical level means a spiritual level. Like, Bhagavad Gita says that this will destroy the soul. The soul is never destroyed, it is destroyed now.
But, it is symbolic, not literal level. Then, the last one is devotional level. So, at devotional level, we purify the message of God.
We recite it in a religious way on the day of Gita Jayanti. So, it is highly respected. But, that is not the only way the Gita can be approached.
So, I am approaching this Gita mainly from an ethical perspective. How do you determine the right course of action? And Arjun is starting. Arjun is not asking what the ultimate truth is.
He is not asking who God is. He is not asking who God is. He is asking what the ultimate truth is.
And there, the meaning of dharma is not religion. Dharma is the right thing to do. What should I do in this situation? And this question is asked to everyone.
It is asked to every human being. And when that question is asked to a leader, his stakes are the highest. Wow! This is literal, ethical, analogical and for devotional.
I call it allegorical. Symbolic. Okay.
Allegorical, yeah. So, L-E-A-D. Wow! This is how we can lead.
So, Prabhu Ji is saying, I have gone mental speculator. No, Prabhu Ji, I think you are philosophical speculator. You are not a mental speculator at all.
Because, actually, you see, if Prabhu Ji is saying, I see in every situation, that which shloka of Gita applies in which situation. It means, in Prabhu Ji’s mind, the shlokas of Bhagavad Gita are always going on. That is why he is so focused.
If there is no shloka, then where will the connection come from? But, why does this start? Because Prabhu Ji said, because I consider the shlokas of Bhagavad Gita as my friend. Wow! What an angle of looking at verses. So, what an angle you have given, Prabhu Ji, towards the verses.
And how, there is indecisiveness in the life of Arjuna. And indecisiveness is there in everyone’s life, Prabhu Ji. It is easy to choose between good and bad.
But, to choose between good and bad, to choose which is good, you need a lot of deep wisdom for it, actually. So, in decision making, often we get stuck. What should be done? So, that is why, how God is answering Arjuna, and then taking different angles of it, practically, that is what Prabhu Ji is highlighting.
That is really wonderful. So, Prabhu Ji, as per you, if we take your leadership, so, according to Bhagavad Gita, what are the top three qualities in a leader, which should be there? If these are there, then we will say, yes, this is the thing. Now, we will get that you are a leader.
For that also, I use lead acronym. So, I will say four. Okay.
So, the first one is learning. Learning. So, from the example of Arjuna, Arjuna is a leader.
He is ready to fight the biggest battle of his life. And what is he doing at that time? When he is not able to make a decision, so, openly, he is asking Krishna. He is asking Krishna, what should I do now? Learning.
So, the leader, it is very important for him to have a learning attitude. Curiosity, humility, I have to learn more. Many times, when a leader goes to the top position, there will be talent, ability, achievement.
But after some time, the leader thinks, I will only teach. There is nothing for me to learn. And when the leader starts thinking like this, I don’t need to learn anything from anyone.
That is the start of their downfall. Yes. So, it is always important to have a learning attitude.
Yes. And after that, the E is expand. What is expand? Our definition of success is everywhere.
If this project happens like this, it will be a success. If it doesn’t happen like this, it will be a failure. Because it happens like this, failure will happen on both sides.
So, if we think of Arjuna, if I fight, it will be a failure. If I don’t fight, it will be a failure. So, in Krishna’s eyes, we expand his vision.
Don’t just look at what will happen after the war. He will die, he will die. You are establishing religion through war.
Yes. And a person is not a body, a person is a soul. The long-term vision and the broad-term vision.
Two things. Looking far and looking broadly. Yes.
So, the leaders have one danger, that a tunnel vision comes. I have to do this, and I will be successful only by doing this. And nowadays, super specialisation is coming.
So, what happens with that? Sometimes, a leader will be successful in his area, but he can destroy the whole organisation. Oh, yes. So, not that.
Geeta expands our definition of success. I talk a lot about work-life balance. You can be a professional success and a personal failure.
Oh. So, you will go to the top in the corporate ladder, but you will be completely alone there. Yes.
So, that leads to depression, that leads to loneliness. So, expand your definition of success. Yes.
This is important. So, this is based on the second chapter of the Geeta. Then, A is to appreciate.
The leaders should not only do great things, but also encourage others to do great things. So, the leaders have a very good quality, that they not only appreciate verbally, but also appreciate that there is a potential in people, which is not visible now. So, the 17th chapter, 15th verse, Satyam Priya Hitam Chait.
So, based on that, words change worlds. So, watch your words. So, how the leaders should use their words most effectively, there is a description about that.
Not only that description, but how Krishna uses his words in the Geeta itself, this is also an example. Yes. That Geeta is like this, Arjun is completely depressed, he is exhausted, he is not doing anything.
In an hour and a half, the entire Geeta gets recited. Yes. And suppose, he goes to the therapist, he says, I don’t want to do anything in my life.
And in an hour and a half, he comes out, he is whistling, he is ready to fight with the whole world. What did the therapist say inside? What did you do? Did you do magic? So, Krishna does such magic. So, he tells about the power of words, and shows it.
And the last one is D, Dedicate. Dedicate, I am dedicated to a higher cause. So, there is a position of a leader, and there is a disposition.
So, position means, someone has appointed you from outside, that you are the leader on this post. So, disposition, what is it? That, from the position of a leader, if someone wants a position, everyone wants to become a leader. Position means, how much value people are giving to me.
But disposition means, how much value am I adding to people’s lives. How much value I am creating for people. So, now, Duryodhana, he always wanted a position.
But he never had the disposition of a leader. But Yudhishthira, when he lost his kingdom, he wanted to come with the Brahmins. So, he said, yes, I will do something for their welfare.
He did penance, he attained Akshaya Patra. So, the point is, he was dedicated to service. So, the leadership, ultimately, it is not just about making my position grow.
So, it is, there is a little, in the Shastras, there are a few things, Abhyudaya and Nishrayas. Abhyudaya is short-term gain or achievement. Nishrayas is fulfilment.
So, by getting what we, the things we attain, the position we attain, that is Abhyudaya. And all leaders want this, on one hand. But, that is not sufficient.
What we have is important. But what we do with what we have, is even more important. So, what we have is our position.
What we do with what we have, is our disposition. So, Gita, whatever talents we have, with that, we work with a sense of service. So, with that, whatever position we are in, whether our position is big or not, but we take a disposition that, whatever position I am in, I will try to add value to others’ lives.
I will create something of value, I will try to add value. So, what will happen with that? Yes, we will get some satisfaction. We will be able to contribute something.
So, in Bhagwan, in Gita, it is said, Swakarmanatama bhyarcha, that you worship through your karma. What does that mean? Do your karma in a sense of service. In my devotion, do it in a sense of service.
So, it is like a cycle. What we have, is God’s gift to us. What we do with what we have, is our gift to God.
Wow, amazing. Amazing. So, what an acronym.
L.E.A.D. L stands for learning. Any leader, should be always anxious to learn. Because if you leave learning, that we know everything, this complacency, it really kills the leader.
So, we will always know, keep learning, keep learning, keep growing, then only we will grow. If India grows, then only India will grow. So, Bhagwat Gita, if India grows, then India will definitely grow.
So, learning attitude, Prabhuji has highlighted that, a leader should always be learning. Then I came to know, Prabhuji, that Bill Gates, even though he is so successful, reads a book every week. That means, in a year, 52 books.
Wow. So, he really needs it. He says, Microsoft is running, programmers are coding, new versions will be released, we travel around, get a massage, go on a world tour.
No. Learning. people from big institutes come.
Learning, they say, because they think, we know everything. Because, we are from big institutes, who will teach us? But, learning. And then E, what was E, Prabhuji? Expanding.
Yes, expansion. Expanding division. Our definition of success.
Yes, definition of success. Not just me, me, me, me, but expanding. A for appreciate.
Appreciation should be there. For that, we need to be free from jealousy. Because, if there is jealousy, then, it is difficult to praise.
Especially, when I see a leader, my junior is more talented than me. He says, I have to publicly bring him down. Otherwise, he will take my place.
No, no, I have to remain indispensable. So, he will start publicly. To show off.
There is nothing special in that. Actually, I am. What? People don’t appreciate.
Good words don’t come out of their mouth. In fact, I have seen, when there is an increment meeting, the boss is sitting with a red flag. The junior says, Sir, I have a green flag.
He says, that was a part of your profile. That was not something extraordinary. Red flags.
Red flags on red flags. Let’s go. You also go.
Let’s go. This is how they do. But, appreciation is so much required.
And, D for dedicate. It is very important to dedicate yourself. For that, your position should also be clear.
And, very importantly, disposition. It is very important So, this is accurate. I mean, I think, we should print it out and stick it there.
If you consider yourself a leader, this is how you can lead. By following L E A D. This is how you can do. Like, in your chapter, it says, be concerned, but not disturbed.
But, don’t be disturbed. Now, it feels good to hear. But, how do we do action? I mean, there is concern.
When there is concern, the person is cautious. He doesn’t stop. Then, he gets attached.
When he gets attached, expectations are formed. And, where there are expectations, there are frustrations too. So, I mean, how will this happen? Be concerned, but don’t be disturbed.
Disturbance? It happens. Then, to calm down the disturbance, we go out, we smoke, we pee, then we abuse. The word F is very common.
It starts with F and ends with K. That word is there. And, people are very proud when they use these kind of words. So, Prabhuji, actually, don’t be disturbed.
Just be concerned. How will this actually happen? Here, it says, कर्मणिवादि कारते मा फलिशु को दाचना I was giving a lecture at Harvard once. An Islamic professor came to listen to the lecture on the Gita.
He said, I have read the Bhagavad Gita. He didn’t even pronounce it. Bhagavad Gita.
He said, this teaching, you can’t come from the fruits. This is completely impractical. The fruits only motivate you.
The vision, the thought. According to that, you carry. So, if we see, in 2.46, in the Gita, Bhagavan is saying, मा फलिशु को दाचना In that, in 2.46, it says, व्यवसायात्मिका बुद्धी एक है कुरुनन्दन So, keep one thing in mind.
So, keep one thing in mind and you can come from the fruits. Is there a contradiction in this? No. Actually, the goals and results are different.
So, the goals that we set before doing the work, and we should definitely set the goals. By that, we get motivated, we get motivated, we can work with enthusiasm. But, the results that come they do not come only from our present actions.
There are present actions and there are past actions as well. Both come together to give results. So, sometimes what happens is that my present actions are done well but still the results are not coming.
So, still we have to understand that there is some factor here which is not in my control. So, when this bigger picture comes, so sometimes there is a leader who meets some other party and he is talking and he is selling his product. But, that party is very cold.
So, the leader might think that I am a useless leader and I cannot sell this product. But, it is possible that the company from which you have come, someone has come from that company before and he has defamed that company. So, what happens is that my interaction is not only dependent on my but it is also on my interaction.
So, whenever a leader gets a failure, don’t take it so personally. Take it more objectively. Have I tried it If I have tried it and the result then be concerned that why it has not come.
But, don’t take it so personally. this is philosophical understanding. Have a big picture of life.
My concern is not threatened. We are not disturbed. Basically, what is told that circle of concern, circle of influence, circle of control, circle of influence, circle of influence and circle of concern.
So, present karma is in my circle of control, circle of influence. Results are in my circle of concern but I can’t do anything about it. So, the second point is when we spiritual practises, meditation, chanting, tangibly we are connecting with a higher spiritual reality.
So, what will that is inner stability. If there is a wave in the sea, it will only go up and down. But if the person is very light, the wave will go up and down.
So, these people are connected with the spiritual anchor. The key to being concerned but not disturbed is first have that big picture and then connect with the spiritual anchor. So, that is the practical effect of meditation.
In fact, I was hearing this lecture of yours where you are talking about how to make your will strong. So, we have given an example there that somebody is there, he is there in the ocean and the waves are hitting him. As long as he the rope from the helicopter, he should hold it tight.
Exactly. So, when he left it here, he said I have left the rope, let’s have it. So, this is rope.
It is really important to hold on to the rope. I think they can gradually transcend that situation and remain unaffected. That’s very important.
Usually, we see that the CEOs and leaders of the world are more skill-orientated. They should have skills, vision, market experience, what’s going on, what’s going up, what’s going down. They should know all this.
They should know geopolitics. Now, where is this Gita and all? So, for a leader in this world, spirituality is really important and how? And, if it’s really important, what should a CEO, an SLFP, who is a leader at a different level, practise in spirituality at the ground level? Now, if you look at leadership training, there is a book called Academistoic. Stoicism, which was a Greek philosophy, is becoming very popular.
In Stoicism, what is told in the Sthitapragya Gita, that has been historically adopted by Greek philosophy. The point is that it is important for leaders to be cool-headed. And to be cool-headed, it is not at all easy to handle your emotions in the ups and downs of life.
And, more or less, it is universally found that if you have a spiritual connection, then you can manage your emotions better through spirituality. You don’t get controlled by your emotions. You can handle your emotions better.
Toh, isliye, many people are turning towards philosophical and spiritual literature and practises. Abhi, jo practical details zaruri hai. No doubt about it.
Abhi, Krishna, Arjuna ko dhanur vidya ka gyan nahi dete. Arjuna iski apeksha bhi nahi kar rahe. Toh, jo market research aapko karna hai, jo aapke product ke viability hai, risk assessment hai, wo sab practical hai.
The Gita was not a substitute for Arjuna’s archery lessons. Toh, waise hi, geeta for the CEO, jo CEO ka practical field hai, product ka, uska knowledge zaruri hai. But, CEO koi leader hai, usko ek bada picture bhi hona chahiye.
Na keval, kaise teer maarne hai, par teer kyon maarne hai, teer maarke kya achieve karna hai. Bigger picture jo hai, wo Geeta dete hai. It’s not so much about the specifics, but the bigger picture in which those specifics operate.
Wo Geeta humko deti hai. Aur, jitna wo leader ka bada vision hoga. Utharan diye, jo Dedicate ke section mein, yeh 3 teachers hai.
Aam jaate hain, 3 teachers ko poosein, ek Madhubaji class room hai, ki aap kya kar rahe hain. Toh, pehle teacher bolte, yeh kya yeh moorkha vidyarthi hai, unko main yeh moorkha vishay sikha rahe hain. Doosre teacher ko jaa ke pooste, kya kar rahe hain? Main, mere parivraar ko sambhalne ke liye, tankha praapt kar rahe hain.
Doosre teacher ko jaa ke pooste, bolte hai ki, Main, jo bhavishya mein jagat ko shape karne wale hain, unke mann ko shape karna hoon. Oh, wow. Toh abhi, dono ek hi kaare kar rahe hain, par vision bhot alag hai.
Jo vision itna bada hoga, toh itna motivation bhi bada ho jayega. Toh Geeta batate hain hum sabko, kya rahe ek vekti, sabse bada vision kya Geeta deti hai? Mamaivamsho jeevaloke jeevabhuta sanatana. Hum sab Bhagwan ke amsh hai.
Aur, hum sab, if we are parts of Krishna, uska matlar hai, we have parts in Krishna’s plan. Krishna ka hum sab ke liye gyojna hai, usme hume ek bhoomi ka hai. Toh hume khud ka part kya hai? Samajhna hai, aur toh execute karna hai.
Aur jab yeh karte hain, yeh bada vision hota hai, kya hai, mai akela hoon, yeh isse jagat rahoon, yeh se masyakal jo hoon rahoon. Par nahin, there is a bigger plan for my life. Toh jo bigger vision hai, usse hum, usse Geeta bhot empower karte hai, leaders ko.
Problems hote hain, kabhi koi small problems ko bhot bada bana lete hain, bade problems se crush hote hain. But, in general, the test, leaders ko resilience chahiye hota hai, yeh persist karte rahe hain problems mein. The test, the key for resilience is that our purpose has to be bigger than our problems.
Oh yes. Toh agar leader ka bada purpose nahi hai utna, toh problems se crush ho jayega. Yeh.
