If we are asked to do a service that risks triggering our weaknesses how should we respond?

Does becoming spiritual involve running away from problems instead of solving them?

If some people are more tolerant by their nature does that tolerance mean they are advanced devotees?

If devotees repeatedly back out of services they have committed to, how to respond without becoming irritated?
