It was not nama-aparadha (offensive), it was nama-bhasa… he was referring to someone else; he was not calling Lord Narayana, but he was calling his son, Narayana. Haridasa Thakura (in the Chaitanya Charitamrita or the Chaitanya Bhagavat, I can’t remember) has said that even nama-bhasa has the full power to liberate the chanter.
