Today's lecture, we will talk a little bit about remote learning, and we will talk about the perspective of the shadows, and the positive and the negative. We will discuss something called the deterministic change rules of life. A problem that we face today, when we look at these past few years of life, is that we are living in a post-apocalypse and a contemporary lifestyle.
So I will speak to you a little bit about the anxiety epidemic. The anxiety epidemic, I don't know how to say it, is happening to our mind in our life. So, the reason to discuss for my today's topic was the recent 2020 championship that happened in Sri Lanka.
So, after Sri Lanka lost in the finals, it keeps losing on both hands immediately. So, ostensibly, Sri Lanka has been in 5 finals in the last few years, and then 4 times they have lost, last 4 times in Sicily. So, that was heart-wrenching for Sri Lankans.
Now, I believe, and I should, that this is a critical moment, a possible critical moment, where everyone's feeling right. And, if Indians are aware of this, critically, it's no use. So, it could well happen that India also might have been lost.
So, what is it that these people are not, you know, the good villagers, or, for example, what about Sinhalese villagers? They are well-educated people. So, what is it that these people, who are so distorted in their priorities and conceptions of life, they have been very low in their lives. So, that is the topic I will be moving on to, where we are moving from the point of view of anxiety.
So, this presentation is primarily based on research in America about anxiety. Because America is not just the explorer of technology, but it's also the explorer of lifestyle progression. And, the players that are in America are likely to follow India, and, nevertheless, American values are imitated.
So, let's see. Do we have a second video, please? So, by the way, when you do a black and green, it's like that there must be text. When you don't do a black and green, there's no video.
Yes, please. Can you see? After all, when you have anxiety memory loss, this person suffers from tele-mind, right? And you have another one, monkey-mind. So, one in five people suffers from anxiety disorders.
There's a difference between anxiety and anxiety disorders. Anxiety is something which all of us must have. And we have an exam coming up.
And we are worried that I have to pay 50,000 dollars. Actually, we feel anxious. But anxiety disorder refers to a constant chronic state of anxiety.
Maybe you can catch this video. Maybe you can talk about it. Have I carried my ID and my wallet and everything I need? Every single thing that we do, or a large number of things that we do, when there is anxiety doing that, that is an anxiety disorder.
So, here we are talking about anxiety. That is a natural state of emotion which is created by unpredictability of life. And that needs to be diagnosed.
We are talking about a chronic emotion. Much, much more insidious. Much, much more dangerous.
That is an anxiety disorder. So, one in five people suffers from anxiety disorder. And one in ten suffers from depression.
Which is again another mental problem. And we will see how that will run in the future. What is your take on this? You are going to develop a lot of mental health.
You need to develop a lot of mental health in the beginning. I have to fight that. Unless I get a certain degree of intellectual stability.
Because I have no basic life experience in my life. What is your take on this? So, I think this is a problem which is because we don't know whether we are okay or not. But paradoxically, what the World Health Organization shows is that people have more anxiety not because they have a disease which is to worry about.
But those who have a disease which is to worry about, that is anxiety. Those who have some other worries, they get into anxiety disorder. And these people when they go to America, they also develop this anxiety disorder.
So, as we speak about it that America is not an anxiety channel. That is a very obvious distinction we have. So, then here the anxiety is not a problem.
It is not, as we say, a disease which is to worry about. What is this anxiety? So, mildly speaking, almost all of us have anxiety about our career. Will I get a good job? Will I have an opportunity in my job? Will my boss fire me? Will I get a good career? So, one of the most common problems with anxiety is lack of financial stability.
So, is this the cause behind the anxiety? Is anxiety caused by the state of the economy? And then there is obsession? Then, that's when the economic, that's when the anxiety happens. Yes? So, you don't want to work every month. You don't want to work, isn't it? It's totally worthless.
There is a lot of anti-anxiety medicines. It's a whole deal. Actually speaking, how much anti-anxiety medicines work you ask the question.
We will discuss that in detail. Because it is based on, these medicines have varieties of mechanisms. But the essential mechanism is that the idea is there are certain chemicals that are secreted in the brain when we have certain emotions.
So, anti-anxiety medicines try to suppress the formation of those chemicals or counter the formation of those chemicals. And in this suppressing, we don't allow them to be formed. Counter means after they are formed, it sends in some other chemical which by reaction gives you those chemicals.
And that's the way they think anxiety can be removed. But, is this really the way to deal with anxiety? Because after all, if I eat, what will you do? So, there is an actual cause for that anxiety. That anything is in the stomach that I eat.
That is my body's response. So, actually if when I feel hungry and I start feeling some sort of sensations in my stomach and my neck, at that time I send chemicals inside which actually cut off those sensations. What will happen? It's not that the hunger is gone away.
It's just that the sensations are cut off. So, it's not really the way to deal with anxiety. So, yes, everything that we do, it will have some chemical effect.
So, the other side of medicines which we had tried earlier in neuroscience. Neuroscience is the study of the neurons that are between the brain and the study of the brain. So, in neuroscience, they thought that happiness corresponds to the presence of certain chemicals in the brain.
Whenever I feel happy, they find that there are certain chemicals in the brain. So, then maybe 15-20 years ago, the hope was there that we could in the future make a happiness pill or a happiness injection. Whenever you want to be happy, you just take a pill or do an injection.
Those chemicals will get secreted in your brain and you become happy. It's so easy. Does it really work like that? No.
A happiness resource only tells you that everybody will become happy. The problem is that here, the form of us and the symptom are being replaced. Let's play this in a simpler way.
For example, when I am happy, I just smile. But suppose, without my happiness, somebody wants to, without my being internally happy, if somebody brings a face-twisting machine and twists the face muscles on my face so that the smile appears. Okay, the smile is not the cause of happiness.
The smile is the symptom of happiness. So, happiness is the internal state which is expressed by the smile. Just as this happens in the physical level, the same happens in the mental level.
So, internally I have been happy. Accordingly, the chemicals are secreted in the brain. Accordingly, several expressions are formed on the face.
Similarly, internally, I have been anxious. That leads to certain chemicals in the brain. And that leads to certain symptoms.
I start trembling or I start sweating or I start palpitating. So, the point here is, this approach is not only effective in dealing with anxiety. But nonetheless, this approach has been used to extend the 2.1 billion dollars experiment.
That has indicated that anxiety is a serious problem. Not just in terms of the number of people suffering from it, but the amount of money spent on it. And, we know that in 2008 onwards, there was this big recession.
500 people went bankrupt. Recession was a terrible opportunity at that time. I am explaining how.
The recession was actually caused by quantum lifestyles. But essentially, even when the economy was good, the anxiety was bonus. So, what exactly caused the anxiety? So, we can recite this verse from the Bhagavad Gita.
The 16th chapter is called the divine and divine relations. The godly and ungodly relations. Krishna describes here the cause of anxiety.
In 16.1 Chintam Pariyancham Paryantam Pashyatah Anupam Parinam He Parvati Nishchitah Do you know the Sanskrit? So, Sanskrit. Sanskrit is simple. Chintam Pariyancham Anupam Pariyancham Paryantam Pashyatah It is caused by karma of Anupam Pariyancham.
A desire to enjoy happiness. So, let us see this verse. We have to rectify this mistake.
We can go out and talk to the problem seeker. So, Anupam Pariyancham. Now, it is interesting.
There are various causes of anxiety. So, here we look at the first cause. According to psychologists, it is the anxiety of choice.
Do you know what it is? It is the anxiety of choice. Yes, it is. So, now let us see.
Do you know what anxiety is? Yes. I know. Did you ever feel it? Yes.
Did you ever experience it? Yes. How did you feel it? I hope I can have this answer sometime. It is the anxiety of choice.
This verse is from Anupam Pariyancham. He is the National Communications Director for SPARC. He travels all over the world.
So, what you have to do in SPARC is to develop proper relationships with the broader social sector. He is one of my special teachers. He has done classes in English and Arabic.
He is an expert. So, we are discussing today the topic of anxiety at the end. So, I am going to discuss this about how anxiety struggles you.
You know, we are discussing the causes. Please feel free to comment if there is anything. So, I hope this is clear.
Both of them are asking the same thing. But they are asking how many choices do you make? Yes. So, how is it possible that by doing the same activity with different people, immediately they make different choices? So, for example, now you are sitting in the class.
So, now, one child is sitting in the first row and the other in the last row. So, some of us will make this choice consciously. It is like, I want to do it.
I want to do it. And then we argue with the friend. Some of us may make it unimaginable.
Why are you saying this and that? So, the consequence of the non-religious lifestyle is that many times, many issues become matters of serious choice. For example, if I have to brush my teeth, can I do this? So, now, it is a functional need. But if we go to a supermarket, there will be 25 brands of toothpaste.
Then we will decide which one to choose. Oh, for that matter, especially, you have to remember, common nowadays, if you are having a new cell phone. There are so many different companies, so many different schemes.
A scheme has this advantage, but it does not have that advantage. This scheme has this problem. That scheme doesn't have that problem.
It has some other problem. I know my devotee friend who spent three months just trying to decide which cell phone scheme to use. And worst of all, they will compare these two people.
They are called, they are not the professors who did the research. These are called as two kinds of people, optimizers and pragmatists. So, the optimizers are people who try in every single decision to make the right choice.
If I have to purchase a shirt, I will choose practically everything that is there, and then I will decide to choose the shirt. So, they are the optimizers. The pragmatists are, they spend a certain amount of time choosing, and then they decide, I will take this, let's go.
So, in general, what the survey found is that optimizers often got a better deal. Generally, they would take more value for their money, because they spend more time in doing the research. Whereas, the pragmatists did not take so much value for their money.
But, emotionally, the optimizers still have a far greater sense of regret and anxiety. Maybe you might tell someone, this is a way to get a better chance. I will give you a better chance.
So, in a way, we might interpret the value product on two emotional levels that we take. So, basically, when our choices get expanded too much, then that leads to resentment. So, if we had one level of choice, this is how you would feel.
But, actually, when too much of our methodology goes into choosing, then that leads to anxiety. Because, I don't want to say one thing. It stays the same.
One part of us. Maybe we should say, So, we should say, Vibhraanta. Vibhraanta means to be distracted.
Vibhraanta means these initiations. Actually, excessively distracted. So, when a person is excessively distracted by various choices, what happens? More of them go.
And some of them are. Such a person is completely enmeshed back in delusion. In the network of delusion and anxiety that results from that.
So, the multidimensional society increases our sense of freedom. By giving us a lot of choices. But, in that, we often end up going through more choices, more anxiety, about many issues.
Yes or no? Yes. Yes. So, when a society is and everything that a person does, it is seen not only as a functional decision, but as an identity decision.
It becomes a statement about oneself. This is not so much in traditional societies. Because, extremes are not used much here.
Whereas, in modern society, every single thing. How do you do it? Are you a master? Do you know how to make a sword? Do you know how to make a gun? Do you know how to make a stick? Do you know how to keep a beard and moustache? Do you keep only a beard and no moustache? Do you keep only a moustache and not a beard? And what kind of moustache do you keep? So, all these things are seen as statements of identity. Statements of consciousness.
And so, the problem with this is that social values keep changing. So, what might be a hairstyle that we consider fashionable today, after one month, people ask the question. And then, constantly people are using, is what I am doing the right thing? That's why they say, my work is less.
So, there are more choices. Actually, it ends up leading to me not doing less. And so, why less for you? So, the main point is, I will show you an example, if you like me.
Yes. So, a physical statement, a physical action becomes a statement of awareness. On the whole, it is a physical statement of awareness.
To some extent, it is true. There is good and bad. But, when there is a social society, or traditional values in society, then people do not use so much of these things.
So, I will start from history. In which I am like, all of us have the same dress. So, there is no question of identity.
All of us have the same hair style. Okay. So, again, there is an example.
This may be an extreme. But, in general, when people have a simple little bit of identity, then, the externals do not comply so much with the individuality. So, if there is no simple little bit of identity, actually speaking, there are only silky-witty and non-witty people.
Silky-witty and non-witty people. Why? Because all are thinking about you. Should I wear this dress? Should I wear this shirt? Should I put on this kind of spectacles? So, this leads to so much anxiety.
So, much of our anxiety is caused by passion and stress. So, we talk of choice. Now, from choice, there is a question of choice.
So, the question is choice. If there are so many things to choose, what I will choose? Okay. What I choose is to speak about me.
To give a statement about me. I always put the result. So, it's a concept of choice.
Let's talk about Bhagavad Gita in Bhagavad Gita. I am the Lord, I am the enjoyer, I am perfect, I am strong, I am happy. I am surrounded by all my level people.
No one is there like me. So, this is the typical quality that I have. I saw the advertisement on a car.
It says, purchase this car. Enjoy the energy in your vehicles. Wow! This increased emotion if you enjoy.
Why? The values are so beautiful. And what will happen? If your neighbour purchases that car, then you enjoy the energy in your life. So, it's such a negative image of this way of living.
Actually, if you look at the daily literature, part of the smoothening of anxiety, and the satisfaction that results from anxiety, is Guru. So, Guru Gita is not that. I have enormous amount of that.
But, when we went to Aditi, Adiva's sacrifice, Aditi's sacrifice was one way to do it. Because there is so much energy, frustration, and anxiety, how do you get rid of them? So, Gujarat Shukla, when we went to Gujarat Shukla, and when Shukla talked about his anxiety, Shukla was bursting with anxiety and lamentation. So, Guru Gita talks.
And Guru Gita says, What man can be happy, when his enemies are involved more than him. So, Gujarat Shukla means something. Can you imagine what Guru Gita is? You have huge fantasies.
You have depth of thinking. You have man's existence. You have brought this change.
All men have gone for enjoyment. All men have been brought in our life. He said, it doesn't matter, the Pandavas are more than we are.
He was so insecure, but upon the Pandavas' death, he was completely messed up. He arranged for the whole group. Can you imagine, the Pandavas were dispossessed.
The worst part of it was, even after the Pandavas were exiled, still he was not satisfied. He had pure anxieties. Worst anxiety of all, this kind of anxiety.
And after the period of exile, when they came back, there was no one here at all. So, even when the condition was good, after 12 years of exile, one year, I mean, existence was non-existent. Then, after that, they would have to give it back again.
He had no intention of giving it back. It's just that he had no intention of giving it back. And not only that anxiety, he was completely out of his comfort zone.
He was absolutely miserable about it at first. So, he couldn't enjoy even when he had the enjoyment. He was better off enjoying it afterwards.
He felt, my enjoyment has to come from their misery. And then he decided, I will do it first. The Pandavas were saying, and he said, So, now, Dhritarashtra was here.
He said, So, he knew that his father was not allowing him. So, he came up with some other excuse. He said, and he had to go and supervise the shepherds and see whether the sheep are proper or not, how much milk they have got.
So, I will go there and I will come. So, he said, So, he said, No, I will not go anywhere near the Pandavas. No, no, no.
So, then he got up and started looking. And when he came to the town, and the Pandavas were on one side of the river, there, the Yudhishthira had accepted his offer. And he was living in the forest, performing sacrifices, having spiritual rituals with the sages.
Actually, he was not happy. Certainly, as a king, he felt it is duty to take care of his citizens. And he knew that he had to go back and do that.
But he accepted this condition and he was happy. And he didn't understand. He brought all the people with him.
And he gave them to Lord Yudhishthira. So, he brought his chariots, and his scouts, and his ornaments, and his maidservants, and his people. Actually, he was on the other side of the river.
And when he came, the river was not very good. So, it could be seen that he was happy. He said, it's not good, it's bad.
He said, okay, right. The Pandavas will see this, and they will blow everything away. And I will enjoy the envy in their eyes.
Because, this was a lot of trouble. This was actually impelling all of us to become the Devas. To enjoy the envy in their eyes.
But unfortunately, or fortunately, there was no one. So, at that place, the Pandavas were smoking. And they told Yudhishthira, that you may not smoke.
He says, this is the area of the Pandavas. Get out of here. Otherwise, you will be killed.
So, Yudhishthira was very arrogant. He was thinking that I am the king of the earth. Who owns this Pandava? This whole earth is my property.
You get out of here. So, the Pandavas laughed. They said, we take orders from only one master.
He said, you get out of here or you will be killed. He was very proud of his promises. He said, attack.
And he attacked the Pandavas just before he was killed. He destroyed all the students. He became the God.
Nandana was there. Vishasana was there. Shakuni was there.
All of them started fighting. And his Nandana was Chitrangada. So, Chitrangada.
So, Chitrangada had his Pandava soldiers fighting. And they destroyed all the Pandavas. And she targeted Karna.
And Karna couldn't come to his aid. Finally, Karna came and fled from there. He fled from there.
And then, all the soldiers, Shakuni fled. Vishasana also fled. He was the only one left.
He fought ferociously. He was furiated. There is a lot of history.
But, his fury was no substitute for his killing. And, Nandana was all over him. And arrested.
He was bigger than him. He had his egoistic attitude. He had all his mates.
Everyone said, queen. They were watching. He thought, I will show my heroism.
But the worst thing that happened to him was that he was defeated. Shaken like an animal in front of his guru. So, Somehow, the soldiers who were fighting with Nandana, they ran across the river.
They told Vishnu, please, You are sick. You have been arrested by Nandana. You ladies, they have been taken into the prison by Nandana.
Please, save me. So, when Deepa had a decision, he said, it seems to me that some gods want to do some rituals. But, he said, that what we have had to do after great struggle, after multiple years, gods have done it by itself.
God has got what he deserves. So, I know, Vishnu said, Oh, don't worry about this. For the world, for our mothers, we will be hungry versus starve.
For the world, we will live with our family. And, the only way to make some money is to do this. It is a insight to the owner of the world.
I just think, I have not used it in my history. You all have used it in your history. You just have missed it.
So, Vishnu was very angry. He said, Vishnu, you are going to be mad. Very mad.
You are the worst enemy. Today, it depends on your wisdom. It is created by the child.
What greatest joy can you get if you are the worst enemy of the world? So, the Pandavas had their individual personality. So, he might also have answered him. Then, he said, Arjuna, I am your friend.
We have met long ago. I am your friend. He said, but you have attacked our family members.
You are not our friend. No, no, no. He said, listen, actually, I was sent by Indra.
Indra knew about the vicious intentions of Duryodhana. He wanted to plunder his brother's people. He wanted to plunder his brother's people.
He wanted to plunder All this was spoken with Jurodhana's leadership. And this has affected all the more multiplied men. And he said, so that's why there's simply a union disarmament there.
He has. He has dishonored your wife. This person deserves to be killed.
Let us go to Yudhishthira and ask him about it. And Yudhishthira said, I understand. But Yudhishthira offered respect to Chikara.
And Yudhishthira said, I am grateful to you that although you had the power, you did not kill any of my men. So, if you protect your men, good. Please leave this place.
So, Yudhishthira said, I understand. But our mobility is extraordinary. And even after dealing with vicious warriors, all of them still want to leave.
Then Duryodhana was released. And Duryodhana was released. Yudhishthira also was released.
And Yudhishthira had a very kind heart. But he very strongly said, you child, don't be motivated to do misdeeds. And this human being was acting like a child.
He was the king of the world as a child. He was acting childishly. One child has one toy, another child has another toy.
My toy is better than yours. He was such a child-like man. So, Yudhishthira went to Satyajit Ram and said, Oh, Arjuna, Yudhishthira has a favor to you.
I would like to do something for you in return. Ask him to leave. So, Arjuna laughed at Yudhishthira.
He just grabbed Yudhishthira's lap and said, I don't need anything right now. In the future, if I need anything, show me the way out. Then Yudhishthira took Yudhishthira's lap and filled the fire.
Yudhishthira said, I don't need anything right now. Just leave me alone. Yudhishthira said to Arjuna, I have decided that I will serve you to a jury.
I am not interested. Arjuna was very nervous and scared. Arjuna said, It is amazing that Yudhishthira and Arjuna defeated the Gandharvas.
I remember you did that. Your promise is so great. I am amazed to see your promise.
Yudhishthira looked at Arjuna and said, Arjuna, you go back. You become insignificant. I am going to curse you.
I am going to pass through this forest to death. Yudhishthira said, But Arjuna, this is too great a case. There is no person in the palace.
This is not a simple case. This is a disaster. I came to humiliate my enemies, but I got humiliated in the palace.
How can I live with such humiliation? I am going to be inside the town and pass through death. Arjuna asked Yudhishthira, Why did you go to the palace? Yudhishthira said, Because Yudhishthira knew that Gandharvas came here and told him, Actually, you are the origin of this earth. And we are going to go under the leaves today.
Don't let this calamity come. This way, rise in flight and humiliate everyone. Everybody will be humiliated.
So, don't go. Gandharva told Yudhishthira, Yudhishthira said, This is not a simple case. There is no person in the palace.
This is a disaster. I came to humiliate my enemies, but I got humiliated in the palace. How can I live with such humiliation? I came to humiliate my enemies, but I got humiliated in the palace.
How can I live with such humiliation? I came to humiliate my enemies, but I got humiliated in the palace. I came to humiliate my enemies, Is my wife more good looking than everybody else's? Is my wife more good looking than everybody else's? You can boast of anything. For example, For example, Is my husband earning more than her husband? So, there are so many issues.
The common sense of belief comes from extremes. When we go to the extreme, When we go to the extreme, the question was whether I had more than a wife? Whether I had less than a partner? He was anxious. He was angry.
I went to the extreme. Even when I worked in the palace, Even when I worked in the palace, even when I worked in the palace, do you think that anxiousness was real? So, do you know the issue? So, do you know the issue? Do you know the issue, of what is common sense? Do you know what is common sense? So, you know, it's an issue. Actually, the whole world understood when they found me.
It was expressed in these three words. Most of us do so much work day and night, and after we come back home in the office, we sit down and turn on the TV. And in the kitchen, these moments are the most carefully arranged part of television program.
So, in a few seconds, you don't have to do this much. So, what exactly advertising is? Advertising or advertising, the headscarf is wrong, the shirt is wrong, cell phone is wrong, the bike is wrong, change it. That's what we do.
So, all the advertisements are for increasing needs. And most of the time, if we don't have it, we feel like we didn't have it. So, what happens when we watch? When we shop, go in, there was a survey which showed that even in the activities that consume people's time, we are going to work.
And most of the time, the shoes are off, the shirt is off, and people don't shop. In the past, if you see in India, there were these piranhas shops, where I wrote the shopping list. It was really, really scary.
But now, there are these supermarkets, and there are bars, and there are bars, apart from what I want to purchase, so many other things are there. So, what happens? Krishna said, whatever you contemplate on, this is what's going to happen. The supermarket is super-rich.
So, I want this also. I can't wear it? No problem, we will give you a card to carry this. No problem, I'll give you a new pair of cards.
It was so scary for me. In my book on business management, I wrote about a form of addiction, which is as bad as economism, and it's called shopaholism. Shopaholism means people are addicted to shopping.
There's a book on that topic called, You Are Blocking Shop. Shop, what does it mean? It means you are a business manager. So, shop.
So, naturally, when you shop, something doesn't come to you. So, even if you tell the credit card, I have to pay for it. So, then what happens? I work more.
So, when I work more, I feel more exhausted. I feel more in need of money. So, then I come back and watch more TV.
And when I watch more TV, I get more desire. Then I shop more. So, in this way, it becomes a vicious cycle.
So, work, work, and work, shop. WWF. Worldwide.
This is the culture that is coming for us. So, if we buy into this culture, we can't just buy into the culture without any effort. So, if we want to avoid this, we have to avoid this.
So, we are seeking identity, shelter, and pleasure. All of us have seen this before. When I am stressed, what do I do? I leave the stress.
And that way I enjoy. So, when we seek identity, shelter, and pleasure, in materialistic worlds, all of you copy that place. So, the important thing that you do when I am stressed, I ask you, why am I in a spiritual place? Actually, I don't need any spiritual place.
What I need is a spiritual place. And that comes from the spiritual nature. So, the time in which you come here is not just for the spiritual technique.
It is actually a means for the spiritual nature. It is a means for experiencing deeper spiritual nature. And, I feel that the people who study my book, who understand my teaching, who do their research, they don't get this.
This is a mental structure. This is a mental structure. Yes, we still have our mental problems, we have our problems.
But we don't yet have a methodology, proper and broad aim to meet our goals. So, if we let our methodology, proper and broad to meet our goals, we can't reach a position with you, you can't reach a position with me. You know, Bangalore is the most developed country in the world.
And in English language, we work in Bangalore. You know what is Bangalore? It is a word for Bangalore. But the word Bangalore is also a word.
So, what does it mean? It means that, suppose a person in America says, I was Bangalore-ed. What does it mean? It means that the job which I had, it was outsourced to Bangalore, so I lost mine. So, I was Bangalore-ed.
So, Bangalore is outsourced, the job is outsourced and so the person can come and work. So, Bangalore is a huge opportunity for many people. Many people are paid to work in Bangalore.
It's like a road system. You come back, you meet someone, you talk to them, you know what's going on in Bangalore. You don't know who to talk to.
What does it mean? It's not just that we are practicing the rights of human beings. What we are practicing, what we are learning, is going to be good for us. It will raise, it will absolve the anxiety and it will reduce the anxiety.
So, Bangalore's spirituality can steadily at least be revolutionized. So, Bangalore, for the global revolution, is future-driven. We will develop our own productive relationships in Bangalore.
So, that will have to be improved. But my version of spirituality isn't that of a revolution. Actually, we practice it in a very serious way.
So, in India, we don't have to put people in jail. Everybody, everywhere, we put people in jail. Spirituality is called spooling.
Spirituality is called polypropagation. They can come to a place, they can do that. They can come to a place, they can do that.
But still, the extent of our anxiety will depend on the extent of our enthusiasm. When we travel, we will produce spirituality. When we get ourselves an entity, a shelter in our kitchen, it's not devotional practice.
And that is what we have to show. So, whether I travel in a car, or I travel in a crowded bus, it is an element. That is a defined who I am.
As a defined who I am, I am who I am. Sometimes I travel in a bus, sometimes I travel in a crowded bus. But when I travel, it doesn't change the who I am.
Even when I am in the car, then what will happen? In some of the cars, I know that I am with you. So, when we get ourselves an entity in this kitchen, we get a shelter. So, all of us will have to work in our offices and our colleges, wherever we are.
I don't create any stress. But if you are sitting in the living room in television, so when you go to the agitator's room, he is sitting in the agitator's room. He can create a situation and he can say, why are you sitting in the living room? We make sure that all of us are there.
Then, we will not feel the desire to go out of the house. I am in this kitchen. So, all of us are in this kitchen.
This kitchen doesn't let us go out of this kitchen. And then, the question will be, where do we ask for help? So, we will ask for help in the kitchen, in the kitchen. All this truly needs to be put together in a greater sense than what the council, the government, the state, all are stretching something in this kitchen.
So, sociality is not and redirecting our sense of identification to each other. So that we don't give answers unambiguously, depicted in black script, but we also have visualizations brought upon us in the 19th century. So it's another example.
In the Indian Constitution, I started a talk about how in the Constitution, So, when we get transnationalized, we try to be off the road, that we've lost the road. So what happened for that? My sense of identification, that pleasure, came from something. What if you were married? Oh my! I'm going beyond the world, just like that.
Even if you're married, you don't have the pleasure of the world. Do you? Ditto. What does that even mean? Okay, we just dance in the streets for a few hours and it's practically a part of my life.
I can do the whole journey. So what happened is, because of the internet, you know, I was in some APS lockdowns and stuff like that for a few days. And I didn't know how to get a bus.
So, so we discussed like how I need to improve my emotions and get people into the system. And we discussed how anxiety, disorder is difficult to develop. Up to a certain point, one out of five people in the world are suffering from it.
One out of ten people in the world are suffering from depression. Then we discussed, you know, there's no finances at all. So it's an entirely choice of anxiety related to status and passions.
And then we discussed a little bit about, we talked about, if you wish to stop anxiety, then how are you going to stop it? How are you going to change the future? We didn't come for something that is so bad as it is, as it happened to me. It's just that I didn't understand it. Let's come for a little bit in our future.
Otherwise, we might be somewhere else. It's not over yet, you know. Once you're here, it's not over yet.
Now, what have I learned? I've learned a lot. What have I learned? A lot. A lot.
A lot. A lot. A lot.
A lot. A lot. A lot.
A lot. A lot. A lot.
A lot. A lot. A lot.
A lot. A lot. A lot.
A lot. A lot. A lot.
A lot. A lot. A lot.
A lot. A lot. A lot.
A lot. A lot. A lot.
A lot. A lot. A lot.
A lot. A lot. But, irrespective of blame, there are actually only two types of delusions.
Some of them are your own delusions and others. So, generally speaking, it doesn't really matter what you say. You say, I don't have any delusions.
No, you don't have any delusions. You say, I don't have any delusions. Therefore, in this example, the main army law is that company is covered by smoke.
It says, fire is covered by smoke. So, in real life, we are not covering. The damage is not.
So, that's why, if it is not explicitly a delusion, then there is no need for us to believe that. But, at the same time, we can also, if we learn certain damage from our dealing, we can improve the position of others. Because, at one level, in real life, you can teach a certain speech, you can use it for other purposes.
So, you can improve the marketing of others. You say, I don't have any delusions. Therefore, there is no need to share that speech.
So, you don't have to worry too much about the specifics of your profession. If you are not anti-aggressive, then you don't have to worry. One greater consideration you need for deciding your profession is how much time do you need? So, if you take too much time, then you need to be aware of the benefits and disadvantages.
So, maybe you can have a look in a school or in a which is covered by the government around the country. Many times, you will notice, if they have a delusion, if they have a delusion, they automatically go to those teaching jobs. So, teaching is possibly a victim.
So, they go to detail writing, they teach in detail, they teach marketing, whatever schools do. So, teaching is a way in supporting the research and marketing. So, I don't know what possibility.
So, one equality is the concentration. So, if you take one table like that, then I have no clue where to begin. So, essentially, when we are choosing our jobs, the first idea of communication should not be any delusion.
Apart from that, what I am telling you guys, how much time do you need? What I tell you is, is it going to take us away from devotional research? So, if it involves frequent travelling, or if it involves… Can you hear me? That's all. If it involves us having to physically relocate away from devotional research, send me to some place where there is no devotional research available, then, as much as possible, we should try to help. Because then, without associating devotional research, it is very difficult to have a research.
So, the amount of time available, the accessibility for devotional research providing, is the primary criteria. Apart from that, I am telling you, so, it will be effective way, this is what we can use to decide where to choose. And actually, it is not actually a function of the length of the job.
The job length is more. It's nothing more. It's not a limiting function.
It's good because there can be more financial stability. But, in the name of financial stability, we want to neglect all other kind of meaning of the job. Online association means, the last level of service.
It's good. The other question is, What is the exact meaning of worship? Simple. We like to have communion with Jesus Christ.
It's a good question. I don't know the answer. I am assuming.
Because, you know, we have this one website for news or this one to expand the community. So, we have an international community website. So, you can click on that website.
So, we like worship. There, especially with the one we choose for the job. we want to worship in normal way.
We look around preciously. So, we use this word in 1928. We describe it as worship and then it says Mukti.
Mukti. So, generally speaking, the of Mukti is a state of inactivity and disengagement. Don't look at it like I am not interested in the religion.
That's the language in which the language is used. So, Mukti is a state of inactivity and disengagement. So, look around and we look around and we look around and we look around and we look around and look around and we around around and around and around around and It's like a business company, which is a pipeline.
But people wish upon me. I'm in this pool. But I'm alone in this pool.
So, it feels just like we have all our ways unmarked. That's what I feel. It's like we have all our ways unmarked.
So, when you're looking for options, you're looking for skills that will allow you to grow as you go. When you're in a situation where you don't have people around you, you don't have skills, you don't have people around you, you don't have that confidence that you can do anything. There, you have an issue of self-esteem and self-identity.
And there you need to make a choice. What does it mean to be naturalized in this life? That there's no mortality, you don't need a disease. There's no death, all of that, you don't need a disease.
Again, that spiritual evolution is what leads to spiritual evolution. So, you've got my consciousness, when you look at it from your consciousness, my consciousness, you've gained it. So, that is the relationship that you gain when you have spiritual existence.
So, you don't need self-esteem, you don't need self-identity. Unless, we normally don't want to be naturalized, but we simultaneously want to develop our spiritual attachments. So, it's not, I don't want to continue doing this, I don't want to do this.
I don't want to be a worldly man today, So, it's like, it's much easier to live a daily life. So, the Bhagavad Gita describes my disease. It's describing that some people, by the name of Shiva, they've become at the low, mati means consciousness, so they've gained their consciousness.
So, in all of this, it's difficult. Why? You don't know what it is. But, instead of that, I mean, what does it even say? You can look, you can look.
They are in your imagination. They exist in your imagination. That's why, in the Bhagavad Gita, truth became, this is in the Supreme Personality.
This one, you don't need to be in your imagination. You don't have to go out of your past, you see. So I mean, basically, everything I said so far, basically, everything I wrote in that language.
It's very important. That's it. Thank you.
Thank you very much. Thank you. Thank you.
Thank you very much. Thank you. about the issue, and that is the place where you get the functions.
This is very important for me. This is the principles that I resemble. So actually, how I did that, I understood, and I decided to explain and help us create a spiritual development of ourselves.
So I was actively studying this. Then we started to learn the issue, the sensible issue of physical development of ourselves. Then we were in that.
Because we were always in that relationship. So, the issue is different. This is a different emotion.
And we know that the spiritual development that we have, is a different emotion. So, okay, we can see this change in the quality of our life as something which is preparing you to shift your emotion in terms of physical relationship to spiritual relationship. So, without any emotion actually, this separation would cause pain.
By doing, that is the meaning of separation. So, we can re-align the emotion from the beginning of the disease to our new relationship. So, I'm teaching this to you.
So, a lot of people, spiritual thoughts, so we have to keep those. Often, most of the time when we are spiritual, I hope it's our spiritual presence. In reality, what had happened, how did it manifest? So, whether it was right or wrong, it's very difficult to discern.
That even if it was right, we can't go back and rewrite the past. The past is gone. So, we can see how we can be the best of all.
So, that way we can be the best of all. Right now, because the emotion is going to the physical entity, it will not align with the emotion. So, otherwise, when we go back, it will be aligned with the emotion.
It's not possible. It's not possible. So, now if we do that, emptiness will actually arise in the emotion.
Emptiness will arise in the emotion. Emptiness is a structure, it's a core. And where does it come from? Emotion.
For example, if this is a healthy person, wherever he goes, because he has money, he can get food, he can get clothing, he can get whatever he wants. This is a healthy person who has emotion. Wherever the emotion is, it goes to him.
It's part of our life. It's part of our life. It's a child.
It's a dog. It's a bird. Anything can happen.
As I announced in the beginning, we are going to do one more exercise. This one. You can see a change, a fortune, and another one is a mistake.
What are those bad things? Now we can do fortune, we can do all the mistakes. It's not so easy. So, if you have a good morning, or a good evening, or a nice session, and we need to move forward now in the world.
What do we need to do now? So first thing we have to do, it has to be a contract. I would really like to talk to you about it. I will give you that kind of a scheme to do this.
So you take some funds, you make it all available, and the others will make the money for you. In that sense, it is important, it is not over yet. So, in my daily life, often, success is in the back of your mind.
Therefore, if the body knows what to do, success will come. Not all the time. The only interest is to know what it is.
Whether that focus on doing what we can do well, then we are also doing it well. Whether it is in the bus, whether it is in the hotel, then success is in front of you. So, often, we do not worry about when we will get success.
We focus on improving our physical, mental, and physical condition. Body does not change. Health does not change.
Mission does not change. Then success will come. You will feel better.
And, a higher level of success will come out of success than sports, or any other sport. So, all this comes in with classes coming in. Sometimes, we have to go to work.
Sometimes, we have to spend time at home. We will pursue a class. And, the person will perform either a reasonable level of activity or outstanding activity.
He will perform a reasonable level consistently. And, sometimes, he will fail. So, what happens is that we try to exchange one simple thing.
So, the one simple thing is that success comes in. You stay at home and laugh with people. And, that is beautiful.
So, success will come because you will be happy no matter what you do. And, you will feel betterness. And, I told you about the story of this person with one of the thoughts that I didn't know what was in my energy.
And, I didn't know what was in my energy. And, I told you about the story of this person with one of the thoughts that I didn't know And, I told you about the story of this person that I didn't know what was in my energy. And, I told you about the story of this person with one of the thoughts what was in my energy.
And, I told you about the story that I didn't know what was in my energy. And, I don't know now about this. I don't know what exactly what was in my energery.
Why the egg and a lobster are in my stroung energy is not possible or even possible I don't know the egg is inside the strong energy is not possible So, I don't have any idea why this person will be a whenever that will be what is I don't know If you have a strong stomach, you will be able to push your hips, you will be able to move your body, you will be able to push your body, you will be able to push your lower muscles. And you will be able to have a very strong, muscular body. And I don't want that I'm going to block myself.
I want you to do internal exercises. So every activity that you do, you don't want to do it at home. Because internal exercises may be external exercises.
So let's say that external exercises you do a lot of them. But internal exercises, they are not going to count for the physical, even level of muscle. So, daily activities, we get to do natural, external exercises.
But external exercises that comes without internal exercises, it's a culture of revolution, religions, art, art, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history, history,.
