Are physical handicaps in this life the scars of sins from previous lives?

Is it that say somebody who is born in a blind or whatever body is that a result of the scars of sin see first thing is that the starting point that we have in this life is determined by our karma from the past life, that is true so if some people are born in some deficient way then it is true that it is because of the past karma but in general when we interact with people in this world we are not meant to interact based on what they have done in the past life we are meant to interact based on how they are functioning in this life otherwise the whole system of justice will collapse if a person is robbed by a thief and that person goes to the king and says I have been robbed the king says by your past karma you are robbed whole system of justice will collapse so we are not meant to deal with people based on their past life karma this can go to extreme levels, if a baby is crying should the mother think the baby is crying because of her past karma no the mother has to take care of the baby so we should not become judgmental about people based on whatever past karma they have done we should see that what we are how they are functioning right now if they are receptive to Krishna we give them Krishna and what they have done in the past life how the reactions to them are going to come that depends on that depends on that is between them and Krishna we don’t have to get caught in that one time I was giving a class on college students a class on mystery of karma and then one student asked me at that time you say that whatever bad things happened to us that is because of our bad karma from the past they said that you are physically handicapped that is because of your past bad karma then what right do you have to instruct us about good karma if you have yourself done bad karma so then I replied that yes my handicap is because of my past bad karma but the glory of Krishna bhakti is such that even a person with bad karma like me can practice Krishna bhakti you have not done this bad karma you can practice this bhakti much more easily so please take it up thank you.
