Balarama Rasa Yatra – Balaramji serves as the enjoyer in his service to the Supreme Enjoyer

Thank you the associate of the lord he is lord in the mood of his servant now he serves in various ways in all the five rasas but Krishna desires that Balramji also because he is the lord he also acts as the lord and that’s why he also has his own gopis and he performs a rasa leela with them so especially when Krishna left Vrindavan and went to Mathura at that time Krishna could not return to Vrindavan because the Dwarkavasis were very afraid that if Krishna goes back to Vrindavan he will never come back to us so they were not ready to leave him and also he had to kill demons he had that responsibility Balramji left he said I cannot tolerate separation from Vrajavasis and Krishna also told Balramji you please go as my messenger so Balramji went as the messenger at that time he went to Vrindavan and he pacified Krishna’s gopis by telling them the message of Krishna and by telling about the glories of Krishna and he also performed his own rasa leela so he performed with his own gopi associates so Krishna danced and sang and performed wonderful amorous pastimes similarly Balramji also performed those pastimes and the Gaudiya Acharya described that Krishna’s gopis by observing Balramji performing pastimes with his gopis their remembrance of Krishna became very intense and in that intense remembrance they also relished the presence of Krishna so by performing pastimes he satisfied his own gopis and by providing demonstration and by providing remembrance of these pastimes he satisfied the gopis of Krishna also so the lord is the enjoyer and the lord wants Balramji also to be the enjoyer so Balram Ras Yatra is one reminder of the amazing and splendorous nature of the spiritual world where there is an eternal dance of love and there is everlasting ecstasy which is through and through permeating the heart of all the associates and who relish in various ways through various pastimes so Balramji as we know is also the guru and we can pray to him that he is demonstrating transcendental pastimes for his own relishment but along with that for attracting all of us so we can pray that he bless us with the spiritual determination and devotion by which we can also one day enter into these pastimes Shri Balramji ki Jai Hare Krishna
