And how enterprising one is, how talented one is, how suitable the circumstances are, all those factors will need to be considered, whether depending on whether one should take that plunge or not. But there is no need to think that one can, just because one cannot do something professionally, one cannot do it at all. One can choose a less demanding job, where one is able to do something as a hobby also.
And that way one can have security as well as some satisfaction of doing what one is doing. And over a period of time, how to move forward, we ourselves start understanding. We basically understand who we are.
At one level we can say, who I am, I am so and so. That is true. That is the first level of self-discovery.
The second level of self-discovery is to understand who I am, in terms of my own nature. That is also important. And when I understand that, okay, I am a soul, but how do I go about realizing I am a soul? What do I do with my life on the journey towards spiritual realization? That is something we should study.
So, what does that mean? We shouldn’t make any rigid decisions, but focus on gradually establishing oneself, according to what’s mentioned as per the scriptures.
