And if people can find out what that trigger is. So, some people may be more, they are verbal in their intelligence more. Then, having a quote or the importance of mindfulness can help.
Some people are more visual. Be having an image, sacred image according to one’s faith, one’s tradition or some other serene image. We all need some triggers to start to kindle the ascent towards awareness.
So, what that will be that has to be decided, found out according to the individual. But once that is found, then it becomes much easier. Otherwise, it just is, we are trying to hold on to something without knowing what we are to hold on to.
