What is the difficulty for you, My dear Lord, in that? What is the prayas? And then the Lord may say that, Okay, there is no prayas required, but what have you done to deserve it? So, that actually he says, we have not done anything to deserve it, but it is the characteristic of great souls to be merciful to the fallen souls. So, that towards the distress, towards the great souls are, they are merciful.
So, the Lord may say that, Okay, and then, Yes, My dear Lord, I don’t have any devotion to you, but I have tried to serve my spiritual master. So, he is saying that certainly if we serve your devotees and your devotees are dear to you, so for the sake of your devotees, you will deliver us. If not for our sake, then at least for the sake of your devotees, because you love your devotees and your devotees love the fallen souls, and especially those fallen souls who try to reciprocate by serving them, then naturally out of your love for your devotees, you will deliver us.
