He can’t make a universe where we can be happy without Him. Well, there are different degrees of happiness. And ultimately, what is the happiness of the spiritual world? It is not just that there are desire-fulfilling trees or things like that.
It is that our consciousness is absorbing Krishna. Our heart is filled with love for Krishna. So, the highest happiness comes through love.
And while love can be offered to anyone, but love is most fulfilling when it is offered to a worthy object of love. Like a very educated teacher, very learned teacher might really have great affection for a student who is very bad at studies also. But the teacher will be happy if the student attempts to study and learns and improves.
That means the object turns worthy even if they are not worthy initially. So, for us, the worthiest object of love is Krishna because He is Bhagawan. The possessor of six opulences.
He has not just all the attractive qualities in the highest degree. Rather, anyone who has any attractive quality, it comes from Krishna. So, now for us to be happy separate from Krishna would mean that Krishna would have to create another Krishna.
