Mora dharma raksha paye na mare nija jaan tui raksha kara Gopal lai nusharan so here the elder brahmana is praying to Gopal that there are two alternatives and both involve costs that are unbearable both involve things which I need to protect so on one course if I I need to honor the word which I have given in front of the deity that is my dharma so he says Oh Lord please protect my dharma Mora dharma raksha paye please let my dharma be protected and at the same time also na mare nija jaan my nija jaan my relatives let them not die they are threatening suicide here and if they die then it will be devastating so tui raksha kara Gopal lai nusharan please protect both of these please protect my dharma and my family and I don't know how this possible so therefore I take shelter of you lai nusharan one definition of intelligence is to know what to do when we don't know what to do now how can we know what to do when you don't know what to do at least we can know that okay this is the time when I should take shelter of Krishna and if I take shelter of Krishna he will guide me onwards on what I should do next lai nusharan ei mata vipra chitte chintite la gila aara dina laghu vipra tandra ghare aila ei mata in this way vipra chitte chintite la gila the vipra was deeply lost in worry chintite lagila aara dina laghu vipra tandra ghare aila aara dina after a few days the laghu vipra the younger vipra tandra ghare aila came to his house the younger vipra I have been waiting you know what's our announcement they made about the marriage what did he call and how was they going to take the things ahead he had been waiting but there was no arrangement that was forthcoming and now he himself decided to take make sure that things are moved forward so he came to the house of the elder vipra asiya param bhakte namaskara kari vinaya kariya keha karadui yudi so asiya param bhakte he came there and with great devotion with great bhakti namaskara kariya he offered his obeisances vinaya kariya with humility lahe karadui yudi and he kahe he spoke with kaidui yudi with both hands folded so here he's practically younger brahmana his virtues qualities are also being depicted it is not that he's opportunist demanding his share demanding his fill he is revealed as very humorous sorry very humble not very humble very non-demanding but so he's a picture of humility over here there's devotion internally there's offering of obeisances then there is for the speech that is meant to encourage him and then there is the request so we'll see how he does all this in his deportment misconduct of himself so here he goes on and he says what is it to me more a kanya deepeh karaiya cheyangi kaar eve kichu nahi kaha ki toh mara vichar to me more a kanya deepeh that you will give me your otter karaiya cheyangi kaar you've made a promise like that eve kichu nahi kaha ki toh mara vichar but you don't speak anything about it now so what are your thoughts what is your intention what are you planning to do ki toh haan ki toh mara vichar ki toh mara vichar what are your thoughts and normally when we see a person we see a person doing or not doing something if we try to understand what that person is thinking quite often we go from the actions to the intentions and especially if a person is not tracked as person is predictable person the sense that a person is a person of principles and known to act in particular ways and then that person doesn't act in that way so then naturally we get the question okay what is thinking if we hear that somebody has acted in a very strange way what are you thinking to do that so of course Vipra, younger Vipra is not asking in a challenging or liberating way he's asking quite in a humble way quite the embodiment of humility quite often when people don't live according to the expectations that we have of them that is quite surprising annoying disappointing it depends on what was this particular thing that the person failed to live up to but it also depends on how that person has failed so here the younger Vipra does respectful and seeks a respectful clarification sometimes when somebody says I will do it and then that person doesn't do it we may get into a irritating we may become irritated and we may even go into a certain vindictive mode asking wondering why this person is not doing it and thereby we may make things worse if we spread gossip about that person or we backbite that person you know this person never keeps up to his words this person is always so lacking it does double-dealing and backbite and lacks in integrity so it is rather than doing this which only worsens the situation it is best to tackle the issue head-on and in a polite way seek clarification otherwise if instead of seeking clarification as the Brahmana is doing here he's asking what is your thinking what what is what what is your what are you thinking about what are you planning so that means it is possible in this world that others may make some commitment and because of certain complications they may not be able to do it so rather than immediately judging them and labeling them in a negative way and or we may either speak out our resentment that they're not keeping their word and we may label them and criticize them backbite against them or we may keep our repress our feelings within and that can also lead to ugly feelings of resentment which will which is then which these buried which we try to bury within these buried feelings will come up in ugly forms later so rather than doing or getting into all such complexity it is best to seek clarification in a polite and respectful way as the younger Brahmana is doing over here a big each you know he got a key tomorrow char you promise to do something but now now he got her you're not saying anything about it so cover which are what is your thinking please tell me what how how the narrative progresses further we'll discuss in our future talks thank you thank you.
