Gita 10.01 – The tirelessly loving Lord mercifully manifests as the easily accessible holy name

So here Krishna Sterling Arjuna 10.01 again Arjuna hear my supreme words I consider you very dear to me and therefore therefore for your benefit I speak these words again Krishna has spoken with message repeatedly especially in the 9th chapter he has spoken about his glory and the glory of pure devotion to him which he is going to repeat in this chapter so where are we actually in this particular transition in the Gita Krishna is soon going to come to the Chitur Shloki but he explains oh great one oh very powerful one it's interesting that Krishna refers to Arjuna as very powerful one and we follow it up by describing his own glory as the source of the universe and all its living beings so this chapter is Vibhuti Yoga and the greatness of Krishna in terms of how all opulent beautiful and splendorous creations of this world manifest a spark of Krishna's splendor will be described here so it's significant that Arjuna you are a powerful one so see how the powerful manifestations of this world get their power from me oh Mahabahu hear this I consider you very dear to me and therefore for your benefit I speak so it's important that we know that when we are studying philosophy that actually underline that philosophy of the Bhagavad Gita is the love of the heart of the Bhagavan of Bhagwan so Krishna loves us and wants the very best for us and for providing us the very best he is ready to do anything and everything and that includes taking us out of material existence directly to his abode if we just desire it and it also involves raising us above our Artha filled consciousness when that's what is good for us so either way the important thing is to recognize that Krishna is our eternal lord and he always loves us and it is that same Krishna who manifests as the holy name now when we are chanting the holy names often it just becomes a mechanical repetition of the same sound but when we remember that here is a conscious, living, loving person who is manifesting through the sound and that person loves us so much that he is again and again helping us to learn to remember and to attain him then that enables us to just get on with life so to be able to deal with everything in a very gentle and satisfactory way rather than seeking self-satisfaction we focus on trying to please Krishna just as we would when we love someone we try to please that person and when we have that mood of trying to please Krishna through our activities then Krishna reciprocates by revealing more and more of his glory to us and the more Krishna's glory is revealed to us the more we start moving onwards towards Krishna because our heart becomes attractive to him so Krishna has manifested the first level of mercy by providing us the opportunity to love him and then he provides the second level of mercy by providing us the wisdom the knowledge the message of the Gita which reveals his loving heart and inspires us to reciprocate with his his providing us the opportunity to love him as the holy name so one is the facility to love him that is the holy name second is the knowledge that provides the inspiration to love him that is the message of the Gita and when we use this inspiration to avail of the facility then we will realize we will relish a higher happiness and that will enable us to inspire us further to enter deeper into the world of love and this becomes a deliciously intensifying cycle that takes us forever closer and closer to Krishna.
